Had the experience of getting assisted by Anastasia yesterday the quality of service and product recommended was excellent and as a boy it wasn’t the easiest to find what I wanted but she was more then willing to help and took care of me through the whole process

Today I had the opportunity to be greeted at RW&Co by Cara.Cara made my shopping experience a delight. Not only did Cara bend over backwards to help me, she was the most genuine, uplifting and positive person. She knew the store inside and out. Was very prompt to check in with me and answer any questions. She made this store seem so professional and truly cared. This company needs more people like Cara.

I bought maternity leggings when I was 2 months pregnant, by the time I was 6 months pregnant they were literally coming apart at the seams. When I reached out to customer service they stated that this is “normal wear and tear” and that there was nothing they could do for me. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR MATERNITY LINE! They do not stand by their product nor do they seem to care if it falls apart after short term use.

Will never buy from here again. I bought a pair of $80 dress pants and less than 2 months they ripped in the seam of the waistband. Very cheap quality and they are not helpful with returns or exchanges whatsoever.

Cute clothes and great sales! Unfortunately haven’t had the best customer service at this location. Will shop from the store again but not this location. Payed on the website using apple pay (first time using it) and didn’t (and have never using apple pay) receive a receipt. Went to return a couple things from my order and was accused of lying about not receiving a receipt. I can understand return policies but not being told I was lying. Definitely could have bern handled more appropriately.

Little pricey but it's high quality product and their materials are very soft. Warm, pleasant environment that doesn't give you a headache. My only suggestion is a couple chairs for people only accompanying the shoppers.
