Been using RSA auto parts for a very long time. Dwayne is the best in this business of supplying parts for your vehicle, if he hasn't got it or can't have it ordered, he will recommend the place to you what you need. He also doesn't mind getting dirty and help you with your issues. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Not exactly sure what happened to this place. Used to be able to provide excellent service and economical parts. Now. I’m can’t even get hold a live person on the phone. Even if I could for once, guy was so rude and didn’t have much patience. I don’t go there anymore.

10/10 would recommend going here, they were 1/2 price of Napa an 1/3rd of the price of part source, quick convient service polite workers will only be going here for parts from now on

Call RSA ordered parts, spoke to (Dan) told me to pick up my parts Thursday they will be in. When I called Thursday they sold some of my parts. The guy at the counter covering for (Dan) kept asking me what do you want me to do what do you want me to do, great service not being able to rectify the situation,will never be ordering my parts there again and I live in Barrie .
