I had a problem with my address they put the wrong one and I still don't have internet, you can't see that these people intend to help you, I had faith in this company but I think it's time to look for another one.

Staff treats you like a nuisance and has no interest in assisting you but rather just get you out of the store as soon as possible. Their exact words "there is nothing we can do for you". Just trying to get my Rogers service up and running. Avoid this location at all costs, I know Rogers can be "hit or miss", but this is a real good display of "miss" in every way.

Kevin was amazing. He never gave up on fixing the issue with my line that was caused by Rogers. Even though he was transferred like 10 million times.
I give him 10 ⭐⭐. I was very frustrated and upset. I feel he went above and beyond.

Shout out to Matt and Carson for setting me up with my new devices! I am a fairly needy customer and have a thousand questions when shopping for a new phone but they were incredibly helpful and understanding in answering them all. I'll definitely be coming back to this Barrie location next time I need an upgrade. Thanks again fellas!
