Kevin was amazing. He never gave up on fixing the issue with my line that was caused by Rogers. Even though he was transferred like 10 million times.
I give him 10 ⭐⭐. I was very frustrated and upset. I feel he went above and beyond.

Shout out to Matt and Carson for setting me up with my new devices! I am a fairly needy customer and have a thousand questions when shopping for a new phone but they were incredibly helpful and understanding in answering them all.
