Gord and his staff are fair, honest and to the point with money and the issues with your vehicle. Have quick turn around times and are quick to initially see your vehicle. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic in the Barrie area.

Please steer clear of this place! My husband an I have brought our vehicles to this shop and also referred 2 new customers. Since our last part replacement there have been multiple problems with my car. Today the check engine light came on for the 3rd time in a matter of months. We called the shop and they said they were too busy to take a look. We are two seniors who are leaving for a cross country road trip and we just wanted it checked. I am quite certain a stranger would have helped. I spoke to they owner and he wouldn’t make the time. He told me he couldn’t handle my negativity and was running out of patience. I was shocked that a business owner would speak to me or anyone in that manner. He told me to not go back there and find another shop. We are more stressed than ever. Terrible place.

Dropped my car in after hitting a pot hole with no appointment, not expecting to be looked at , but the owner went out of his way and fixed it up ( same day )and didn’t even charge for his time . Really made my day. He is def my new guy. Thanks Right Track. My families new shop.
