made vaccination appt via rexall's online booking form, rec'd confirmation, rec'd 3 reminders, 2 on day of appt (1 was 1 hour before appt on the Friday, arrived 5 minutes early, told couldn't do appointment as pharmacist not available till Monday, website unfriendly to provide feedback.

Great pharmacy. Change to them from another local pharmacy and certainly don’t regret it. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Never long wait times. Have and will recommend to friends.
