My brake line snapped on my Tacoma and I immediately called my mechanic, there was a 2 week wait for my truck to go in so I decided to try this place out after a good friend of mine gave a good referral.
when I called I was immediately greeted by a friendly lady, after explaining my problem she was able to get me in that next day.
After the work was done I picked my truck up and while I was driving I felt like my brake pedal was a little softer than I would prefer. I called back and they managed to get my truck in to fix it the next day.
5* for customer service

I don’t usually write reviews but this place deserves one. I have found my new mechanic and will be bringing all my cars and my families cars here from now on.

I was referred by a co worker and glad for it. The last shop I brought my car to (no names) was a miserable disappointment, so finding Red Carpet Auto was like a godsend. Every point mentioned from other reviews are bang on: excellent customer service, friendly staff, not upselling, and honest. Left with a smile on my face and will definitely let others know about my awesome experience.

Went to red carpet auto to have air conditioning on my car fixed. They provided a quick turnaround for service. Staff were knowledgable and kind. Highly recommend and would return if I need any future services.

The staff are amazing!!! The guys in the shop provide high quality work, they are honest, reliable and affordable. They don't try to rip you off. I 100% recommend them for all your car needs. They go above and beyond for their clients.

We have been to Red Carpet Auto Care a few times since we moved to Barrie and the crew have been top-notch. Recently, our alternator went on our Smart Car and unfortunately the replacement went as well and John sorted us out immediately. We really appreciated the quick work as we know this is a busy time of year.
I highly recommend red carpet auto care for all of your auto needs 10 / 10.
Won’t hesitate to go back and will be recommending to others!

Sold me 4 new tires, No one is able to balance them, the truck is shaking like crazy... can't do anything about it! Refuse replacement or refund, and also they can't balance them, be warned!

I took my vehicle here and was so scared to get ripped off. These guys are truly amazing they fixed little things I didnt even think about. Great customer service and so friendly.
