“Absolutely amazed by the level of customer service provided here. We just got a new kitten and puppy and have visited the store 3 times in the past 2 days. Every single one of them is beyond helpful and friendly. They ask questions to make sure they are suggesting the best option. I went to petsmart once and never again will I go there.

“My eskipoo Toby is very happy at the Hound Lounge and gets plenty of exercise. He enjoys playing with the other dogs and loves his teachers as well. The staff is friendly, patient and always accommodate changes in Toby’s schedule. As a former teacher, I think the special events provide a variety of opportunities for the dogs to explore new things. Thanks Ladies!!!!!!”
“I purchase raw food diet here for my GSD so I am here every 10 days like clockwork. The staff is so kind and considerate. Raw food selection that I need to buy is almost always in stock. I also love that you get samples of different treats so my GSD can try different ones and then he can decide on his favourite. I buy supplements here also (salmon oil, etc) and I buy his chew toys here. I wish they had a bigger clothing selection for dogs but they do have lots of leashes & accessories to choose from. Fabulous store and fabulous staff! Suggestion: it is time to get an online ordering site up and running for your location. ?”
