Every single one of them is beyond helpful and friendly. They ask questions to make sure they are suggesting the best option. I went to petsmart once and never again will I go there.
I have never had such a wonderful retail/service experience as I did at pet valu
and will continue to be our place for all the future pet needs. Hands down the absolute best! Thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and just overall wonderful.

91A Patterson Rd, BarrieRescued a Wire Fox Terrier from Barrie SPCA 18 and a half years ago. Her name was Triscit at the time but we changed it to Anni. She is the best thing to ever happen to our family. Anni is 19 and 7 months old, the sad part is it's time to say goodnight for the last time. Thank you Barrie SPCA for the best 18 and a half years of my life with Anni. This is going to be the most difficult time in my life but it's time to say thank you to my best friend.

174 Cook St, BarriePaul and Paula are truly an amazing team. Paul was incredibly helpful and informative with our sessions and it has made such a difference for us and our dog, Beans! We're extremely grateful for Paul's kindness and patience working with our reactive little guy, especially having a toddler around as well! He is kind and genuinely wants the entire family to succeed. Paula was also a pleasure to work with. She's a gem of a human who also just wants the best for the family. Super encouraging and quick to respond any time we sent a message. I absolutely recommend for training, walking, boarding, all the things!

The Hound Lounge
80 Ellis Dr #1, BarrieMy eskipoo Toby is very happy at the Hound Lounge and gets plenty of exercise. He enjoys playing with the other dogs and loves his teachers as well. The staff is friendly, patient and always accommodate changes in Toby’s schedule. As a former teacher, I think the special events provide a variety of opportunities for the dogs to explore new things. Thanks Ladies!!!!!!

Dietary restrictions: 100% Plant based (vegan) but incredibly tasty and you won't miss the dairy or meat.
