Shopped at this store today to entirely replace my work wardrobe as I have been out of the corporate world for several years. I purchased 19 items. Adele was an amazing help getting me different sizes, returning unwanted options, and offering honest feedback and advice. I put her through the wringer, and she was pleasant, pro-active, and even enthusiastic the whole time. The 40% sale saved me a ton of money. Thank you, Adele for making a potentially painful experience easy and fun!

Everyone there is so nice and helpful! It is a bit pricey but I find it worth it. A lot of the clothes are great quality and will last a long time.

Great service, got everything I needed that actually fit me, Adele is super helpful with bra fitting and I walked out a very happy customer because of that. Definitely shopping here more often!

The staff is awesome but the clothes are awful jeans don't fit right and I found the clothes not attractive nobody is considering the shape of bigger women's body and alot of the styles made for skinner people does not translate into anything over size 16 I think the buyers should be larger women who understand the challenges of a proper fit for larger women I'm tired of not finding nice suitable clothes

Clothes for the hefty lady. More meat means more to love up to a certain level, then it gets gross. You don't need to supersize every meal ladies

Worst customer service. I was ignored by the employees, was not greeted at all in my time in the store. The employees walked by me multiple times, even while I was waiting for a change room. The employees were too busy tasking. I get that they have things to do (I worked retail for a very long time) but checking on your customers is just as important.

Online order just arrived and though I was billed and waited a lengthy time for delivery, order was missing TWO items. Called customer service and they told me they would take three business days to talk to shopping and then would give a refund. I wanted the items, not a refund so was told to go and order them. (They are, of course deleted from their website). Horrible customer service and a complete ripoff in that they eagerly took the e money and kept the goods. Watch your orders very carefully or better still, shop elsewhere!Sorry, Barrie… didn’t give me the option for online orders so please feel free to pass this up the chain.

Very friendly staff. Store is clean and well stocked. The prices are quite expensive and I only shop there for on sale items. That's not a location thing so much as an overall company though.
