First time customer. Impressed with the friendly customer service. Nice establishment. Had what I wanted in stock. Would recommend inspecting parts when someone returns them to the store. 4 of the 6 spark plugs I got were previously installed. Were they used/ran? Possibly not but I was expecting new.

They don’t know what they’re doing. Had to go back twice for a simple pair of parts. Didn’t get it right once by giving me a box with one out of the two parts (when I insisted the box was too small for both parts, he said . Second time, gave me both left side parts instead of Right and Left. Waste of time. Please hire people that actually know what they’re doing. The idiotic employees need training beyond limits.

Everything is perfect except that they don’t deliver the part in home address. Especially to their longer customers. And address that is in Barrie area.
Few months ago. I bought a rotors one time, the rotors are wrong size. The van is jacked, old rotors are already disassembled. I called them if they could bring me the right size of rotors and I will return the wrong size to them. They said no. So I had to called Uber bring the wrong size to store and get Uber to come home. I lost too much time because of their mistake. I give them 5 stars because I been buying parts from them for almost 10 years.

After my windshield wiper flew off while I was driving on the highway I made an emergency visit to this PartSource location. I have to say that Delia was amazing! Not only did she help me find the correct fitting wiper but she also made sure that they were working properly before I drove off. It was a nice experience to find someone who not only knows their stuff but actually cares about the customer.

Great people at this Part Source location! Came in on a road trip for a quick fix to my car during a road trip and the store was stocked with what I needed. Luis and the young gentleman with the long hair, gave me pointers with installing the bulb I needed to continue my journey. Those guys are truly good Samaritan’s.
