When I closed my account. Had about 10-15 years, you guys refused to pay me cash because I was no longer a "customer" then gave me a cheque and charged me a terrible price for it

I use this location's Exchange ABM machine instead of driving 20 minutes to my credit union. The location is easily accessible, good parking and clean.
