Store itself is as expected. However, I went in for a last minute tailoring for my suit pants. They were able to accommodate and I dropped them off to have the waist brought out only a couple of inches. The gentleman who did the assessment was pleasant and everything went well.
I went to pick up my pants once they were ready. I was in my dusty work clothes and didn't want to risk getting the suit pants dirty, so I didn't try them on figuring there couldn't possibly be an issue. There was no possibility that they could have brought them out too far as there just wasn't enough material.
I got home, washed up, tried them on and couldn't even get the zipper done up. I checked the inside of the waist and could clearly tell they made the waist smaller. I checked the tag and it clearly shows "out" as the requested waistline alteration.
How they managed this, I don't know.
Store is great, but if you need tailoring I'd go elsewhere.

If you have to have any alterations made and are told to return on a specific date before 5pm make sure to double check that it is actually before 5 otherwise you'll end up booking an afternoon off work and sitting in the parking lot for a 2-3 hours like I did.

Moores Clothing is a good ‘go to’ for men with limited time and limited cash.
You can wheel in and wheel out looking good for ~$500 NP.
The sales staff is not going to knock you off your feet, but they get you there.
Overall a good place to shop for smart casual and more formal wear.

Daniel was fabulous when we went in to purchase a suit. We had had one terrible and another mediocre salesperson at other stores before purchasing the suit at Moores. Thank you for making it a pleasant shopping experience.
