Ivy was a big help. She knew exactly where everything was located, recommended great styles, she made my visit fast and painless. Also, I recommend advising the customer about the tailor fees during the fitting process so it's not sticker shock at the checkout. The tailor fees were more than shirt or pants I purchased.
