Best customer service in Barrie. They went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy customer. I live over an hour away and they still offered delivery at a lower price than any other store including the big box stores. Would refer anyone to them, they will treat you right. Personalized service, no pressure, no hassle they treat you like you are their only customer. Fantastic experience.

I want to send a huge thank you out to Justin for the amazing help picking out the best mattresses and to Robert and Garrett for the exceptional care manipulating old mattresses down the stairs and new ones up. At the store, Justin proved to be very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I tried out the various options for mattresses. His customer service was exceptional and appreciated. Our mattresses were delivered as promised by Robert and Garrett, who took away, set up and removed all wrapping so there was absolutely nothing left to do but make the beds. They were polite and extremely personable. Anyone who purchases from Justin and the team at Mike the Mattress Guy will not be disappointed in any way. They are five star in staffing, customer services and pricing. Good Job MMG!

My husband and I were in the market for a new King bed. After a little online shopping, we decided to venture out and see what stores had to offer. After a brief look at Leon's, my husband stated we should see what Mike The Mattress Guy has to offer.
We walked in and was immediately greeted by Krisa (Mike's Wife) who listened to our needs and very casually pointed us to what they have to offer. My husband and I were left alone to chat, feel, touch, lay and lay more on the different varieties of mattresses they offer.
I indicated to Krista we were done with our conversation between each other, and let her know we would like to go ahead with what she had recommended to us. She also gave me a tip to help elevate my lower back pain I sometimes get when I wake up.
I asked how soon we could have our new bed (expecting 1-2 weeks) and was pleased to know delivery would be tomorrow. Krista then asked if we knew how much their delivery fee is for Barrie area to which we responded no. She proceeded to had us a reusable bag and said, we ask our customers to fill this bag with what they can of non perishable food items which will go directly to the Barrie Food Bank.
From the first step into the door, we were treated with respect, given privacy to talk without someone (sales person) over our shoulder, and care for our needs. When we left, we felt taken care of, warmth in our heart by helping our community in a much needed time of need, and part of the Mike The Mattress Guy Family!
Thank you very much Krista for all your help, you are the best, and have a customer for life!

Was in the market for a new couch as I recently moved and have more space. Visited the showroom where one of the sales guys showed me a sectional that I instantly fell in love with. Although I was a bit worried since they didn't have one in the showroom to test, I took a gamble simply based on price and features alone. Although a bit of miscommunication between staff members regarding availability they assured me it was available and sure enough two days later they called to let me know it had arrived which was way quicker than they initially estimated as well. Delivery was next day and Mike and his co worker were very mindful and careful when moving it into my living room. The sectional itself is amazing as well although was a bit of a fight to set up due to some improperly positioned pilot holes from the manufacturer which was easy to correct with a drill bit.

Just had an amazing experience at Mike The Mattress Guy buying a new bed for our son. They were very patient with our son who wanted to try so many mattresses out and had top tier customer service! Next time we need new furniture again we 100 percent will be going back!

I'm here to share my review as I'm a life time customer. Krista and Mike are amazing! You will not find better quality stuff at the low cost they give it to you. 1000 percent the best place to go, hand's down! You can waste your time shopping around just to come here and see everything is lower in price without compromising quality! 5 stars because I can't give ten!

Can’t say enough. The experience from waking in the door was exceptional. Knowledge friendly staff. Informative with plenty of selection. Went in to purchase a mattress for a commercial truck and the prices were so good bought a new box spring mattress and headboard . Delivery the next day . Delivery men were polite and professional. Don’t go to box stores if you need anything from mattresses box springs pillows dressers and more Mike is your guy!!!!

We bought beds for our 2 teenagers and after almost 2 years, our daughters frame got a crack, even though the warranty was only a year, they still got us the part very quickly and didnt charge us and have a great sense of humor❤️ thanks guys...Chrissy
