Terrible service. No communication, had the car way too long, rude when I called to ask about the car. Car still had the loud sound after they supposedly fixed it. I feel ripped off. Took it to another shop and they are fixing everything these guys missed.

James has an amazing garage. Conal and Anthony went above and beyond when I had horrific work done by a hack mechanic. One of them drove me home, the other took pictures and sent them to me.I trust them and never should have taken my van anyplace else James has done work for me for at least 14 years if not longer. The first time I saw him I had the accord and thought I needed exhaust work. It was a clamp and he did not charge me anything.Highly recommendedThank you

This is absolutely the best mechanic I've ever dealt with. I trust them one hundred per cent.Many women will relate to the fact that we are often lied to if we are clueless about cars. (I am definitely in this category). Believe me, they won't overcharge you. In fact, twice I have gone there because one of those warning lights had come on and it was nothing.They said "it's nothing." When I asked what the charge was for checking they said "don't worry about it."Then I had this loud rattling. The owner came outside and got under my Jeep. He pulled off a shield. It took about five minutes and looked hard. He told me the shield was more for look and not important."You don't need it." It had come loose and that was causing the loud noise.I said thank you and asked what I owed him."Don't worry about it."Finally, they have a female mechanic now and I think she is awesome and that this shop deserves thousands of extra points for blowing up a stereotype. So does she!
