I liked Eric for customer service but I was charged two hundred and forty dollars to fix ground wire off of a battery kinda sad 15 minutes of work. I know there is overhead but really.

I have been taking both of my vehicles to Heather and Craig now for a few years. Craig is honest in his repair estimates and the work ha always been completed with exceptional workmanship. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about Craig & Heather and their awesome staff! This is truly what a family business implies, honest, trustworthy, friendly and helpful! I've had a couple unexpected issues pop up with my vehicle and the minute I called, Craig had me bring it straight in so he could look at it. When I was told elsewhere that I needed to have a fairly expensive repair/part replaced, I brought it to Craig and he brought me into the garage and showed me that it did not require replacing at this time. Recently though, I required a somewhat costly repair that needed to be done asap for safety reasons and they were incredibly considerate of my situation and worked with me beyond what anyone has ever done! They care and I can't thank them enough! I was referred to them by my neighbors sometime ago and I will not be going anywhere else. Thank you so much Craig, Heather, Deb and the Gang!

I have only recently taken my vehicle to Maidens garage but I am usually a good judge of character and I see a honest and hard working family business in Craig and Heather and the staff of this well run establishment. I receive a friendly greeting upon arrival and then it is down to business with regard to the the maintenance of my truck. I highly recommend Maidens for all your vehicle needs.

I think everyone these days is skeptical of mechanics but I can confidently say that I trust Heather, Craig, and their team with my vehicle. I brought it in after about two years of no maintenance on it (I moved and my regular mechanic is about an hour away) and Craig took the time to lay out all the issues with my car, provided proof of the issues, and made a plan of which things needed to be fixed asap and which we could wait and slowly work on to fit my budget. Also Heather and Craig’s dynamic is unmatched, friendly and hilarious, I can’t remember the last time I went to a mechanic shop and laughed.

I was very happy with my whole experience starting with the front desk to the time I left.I was pleasantly surprised that they also include a picture in the email with a thorough description of what repairs were needed on my vehicle.A huge bonus which is important for me is that they also provide shuttle service if needed.

My experience with Maidens Family Auto was very satisfying. They diagnosed my problem, did the repairs as soon as they could, based on availability of replacement parts, explained what the problem was, and performed the work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the honesty and fair assessment of what my vehicle truly required. They actually know how to fix and maintain parts, instead of only replace parts only.It’s a shame that a pretentious auto company like Mercedes Benz only knows how to replace parts but will also be dishonest in telling you what is really needed. This was my first visit for repair at Maidens and I’m very happy with the service. Keep up the good work!

I went in thinking I had a big problem, not so, the excellent staff (and I mean every one of them is outstanding) showed me what the issue was. They suggested just to monitor it and pointed out a couple other things they will keep an eye on for me. It’s great to have an auto shop you can count on to give a fair assessment and look out for your interests.
