Just wanted to take some time to publicly thank Dave Ragogna for providing exceptional customer service. We bought a new truck about a year ago and had the truck bed sprayed and a tonneau cover added. Decisions we are glad we made as this has protected the bed from being scratched and kept anything in the truck bed secure and locked out of sight. Recently we have been busy moving house and the truck was used extensively to move furniture and boxes between hoses and storage. During the move I managed to lose both of the locking nuts that kept the tonneau cover in the open position. Not knowing where to get replacements from I decided to go to Line-x to see if they could point me in the right direction. That is where I met Dave. He found the parts I needed and showed me how not to lose them again. All this was carried out with a smile on his face and requiring nothing more than an appreciative thank you. Dave, I am sorry this took so long to do but we have now moved house and settled down and I finally have time to put together this google review. You will be pleased to know that the locking nuts are still intact and I have not managed to lose them again. Keep up the outstanding work.

Great communication and they were very accomodating getting my truck in for its bedliner. Although the tailgate offered some challenges, the techs did a great job getting the job done and answering my questions afterward. With the quality job and lifetime guarantee, I feel confident my truck bed will be protected for many years to come.

I’ve been here a few years back to have a chip guard running down the bottom sides of my Chevy Silverado and they did a great job then. Easy to deal with and friendly staff. I knew I’d be back because the truck looked great and the detail was impressive.So, I decided to get my tailgate totally done as it was getting a little scratched up. The receptionist was very polite and courteous; the gentleman in the shop was polite, keen and right there to help me remove the tailgate and answer any questions that I had. 2 days later, I pick it up and looked much better than I expected! Wow. Great job guys! They did the other side as well and replaced a missing latch bumper. Happy customer here! Mike

Had my 4runner steel bumper done. There was a small issue with the original powder coating on the bumper that hindered sticking but Dave and the crew took care of me and got it perfect. Excellent customer service.
