If your thinking of going to leons to get anything id reconcider its been nothing but a shitshow they delivered a broken washer to me, and now will not replace it or give any compensation towards having to take our laundry to a laundry mat. They also didnt seem to care when i told the manger that i was planing to buy all new applances and furnture there for my new house, not now ill go to rona they have good custmer service unlike leons

Ordered a stove from this place. It took a year for it to be delivered. Had to scream over the phone to get it delivered as I was in the process of selling the property the stove was intended for. Avoid Leon's at all cost.

The two gentlemen who delivered our couch, Loveseat and TV were very friendly, helpful and courteous. They asked questions of where we wanted the furniture and placed it where belonged. They watched the walls and ceiling to avoid any damage. They also asked us if they should remove the plastic or leave it on. I choose to leave it on as I was cleaning my house and wanted to finish. They took pictures of the furniture and TV for documentation. ???. I’d definitely have them deliver the furniture or big bulky items

Delivery arrived as scheduled. Two delivery individuals had no problems unloading truck and setting up new furniture. Placed mats on floor to avoid any damages. Polite, quick and thorough.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this location. We have been Leon's customers for many years now and have bought many pieces of furniture from various locations. We were totally lied to and have been left with absolutely no assistance at all. What they are doing at this store is totally wrong and not a proper way to run a business. We bought a floor model sectional which was evident that it had some minor tears and damage on it. We were told that since the price was already marked down that they couldn't lower the price at all however, they guaranteed to fix the tears/damage on the sectional as soon as we got it home as well as they would give us the full 5 year protection plan for it. We felt that this was a fair deal and we purchased the sectional based upon these facts. However, it has now been almost a month since we purchased it and the company that does the repairs is refusing to come and fix anything as they do not service floor models. On top of that, we found out that Leon's was expecting for us to call after the fact to use our warranty to get the couch fixed on our own which is not fair because you then loose your credit when you go to purchase furniture in the future... Why is it our fault and why should we have to lose our credit because the item arrived damaged?? It seems like the store was trying to scam the repair company as well as us as the customers just to make a fast sale... They were planning on having the warranty company pay for the repairs and have us lose our credit that we were guaranteed... Win win for the store and total loss for the repair company and us as the customer... That is not a proper or fair business practice and now we are left with a torn sectional with multiple deficiencies and no help at all whatsoever... If the General Manager really cared about their customers and running an honest and proper business they would reach out to us to make it right however, after multiple calls, voicemails, and emails, no one wants to talk to us which is not proper... The only reason why I even feel like they deserve a 1 star rating is that their shipping at this location was awesome and very helpful and did an absolutely amazing job wrapping everything up and assisting with the loading of my truck.
