My mom is a regular here and is friendly with the staff she is used to. Since she has a great relationship with the staff she feels comfortable here and has spent hundreds of dollars at this location over the past few years. However, when we went back tonight to try a dress we had on hold so my dad could see it we had a horrible time. A worker who told me sister her name was Margarita lost out business today. The dress that we would have bought was 300$. My mom fell in love with the dress yesterday and we came back with full intention of buying it. From the moment we met this employee she gave us bad service. When we first told her we were here to try a dress that we had on hold, she asked us if it was a prom dress in a very rude manor. Every member of our party are clearly adults. Once our mom tried on the dress the employee came in insisting she needed a bigger size despite us having tried on the other size yesterday and it was too big. She proceeded to ignore our denials and make rude comments about they way our mom's body looks, she even went so far as to point out things she perceived as flaws on my moms body. She even said " I fear for the zipper, you are going to burst the dress". Neither she nor the associate we worked with yesterday had any problem with doing the zipper on the dress. She seemed genuinely surprised when we left without purchase. My sister told her off as we were leaving and she seemed genuinely shocked that we were upset that she had been fat shaming out mom. My mom was nearly in tears the entire way home.

The service was very expert and attentive. My mom needed a smaller size which they ordered from another location and it was at her home less than 24 hours later. The customer service person kept bringing different sizes and choices and gave us time to browse.
