Carlene Robinson and the staff at La-Z-Boy Gallery Barrie Ontario provided a very pleasant, and informative shopping experience during the recent purchase of several chairs for our home.
This purchase was complicated by the fact that we were purchasing more than one chair for different rooms with existing decor. This required appropriate coordination and seating choice options in order to meet our specific needs.
We did complete a moderate amount of preliminary research on line as well as on-site shopping at three different locations prior to attending the La-Z-Boy gallery in Barrie.
While we were well informed and had a very good sense of what we required, Carlene was attentive to our questions and was extremely patient assisting us in exploring the many seating options that existed within the gallery. During this exploratory process, we found her to be very knowledgable about the products that were in the store, and to subtle differences between the products which initially were not apparent. She was equally as patient once the seating options had been finalized in assisting us in coordinating fabric choices. Most impressively, she was willing to obtain aggressive pricing on completion of our choices, providing those to us and allowing us to take those home to review and compare to other existing options we had.
She followed up by email over the next several days ensuring we had no additional questions and made herself available to us in a very timely fashion in order to complete the sale.
Throughout the process, Carlene and the staff at the gallery remained very courteous and professional. We never felt pressured to make a decision, but rather supported throughout the purchasing process and feel very good about the recent purchase both from the specific seating choices we made, and the pricing we obtained.
I would highly recommend Carlene and the lazy boy gallery Barrie Ontario for those looking to purchase furniture.

We drove from North Bay On after a quick online review of store selection and pricing, hoping to return the same day with a new recliner. Upon arrival, we were met by Chris Day, who greeted us, asking if we wanted assistance. Looking at the vast store layout and selection, there was no hesitation to accept his assistance.
He quickly zeroed in on our needs, looking at our living room layout and material patterns from existing furniture. He then brought us to a few recliners he thought might suit our needs, and within a couple hours, our recliner was purchased, wrapped and loaded into our vehicle. Chris was very pleasant, attentive, and professional, making our journey successful and stress free !!!
We would recommend Chris to anyone contemplating a purchase from La-Z-Boy Furnature Galleries in Barrie On.

We had an excellent experience from our initial phone call through to purchasing a new recliner. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We were allowed time to make an informed decision and will definitely be back. All of the staff encountered were friendly and we felt comfortable walking through the store without any pressure for anyone to make a sale. We are very pleased with the quality of the recliner and the service we received at the Barrie location.
