This disappointing state of affairs at Kozlov Mall in Barrie can only be attributed to the abysmal management. The absence of public washrooms, the alarming lack of cleanliness, and the continuous exodus of stores clearly highlight the mismanagement plaguing the mall. It's disheartening to witness such a potentially vibrant shopping hub deteriorate due to the apparent neglect by its management. The community deserves better, and the current state of Kozlov Mall is a direct result of the management's failures.

To have a Mall (I admit many stores and services have closed), but to cancel the public washrooms is actually quite stupid.When you get treated like that it just makes more sense to shop online.

a ghost town of a mall. The only mall that does not have washrooms as they just removed the washroom signs. I pity the couple of stores that are stranded in this mall.

No public washroom facilities since late February 2023 isn't that against Health rules for a shopping center Couple of good stores with outdoor access ..wouldn't bother going into Mall whole place looks "Sad". Maybe it will change with Dennys...rent must be cheap for the "Good Tenants " otherwise why when there are better locations to be in.
