Showed up at 7:55 attended showed up at 7:59 informed me I'd have to wait because the manager wasn't there yet to open the shop. I left and went to another oil change shop. Poor business practice

In the past, I had good experiences with Jiffy Lube on Anne Street but this morning, I arrived early (8:20 am) to ensure I beat the rush and busy-ness after a long weekend to have my spark plugs changed as the last visit I had to Jiffy Lube, it was recommended that I have these changed. I purchased them from Part Source ensuring to provide my VIN number and vehicle make/model to ensure I purchased the correct spark plugs. I called Jiffy Lube before I drove there to ensure they would change the spark plugs for me which they confirmed they would. When I arrived, there was 1 other vehicle in the shop & 2-3 associates working. I was met by a friendly associate upon arriving who said they could take care of the spark plugs for me. Within a few minutes, I heard the other associate complain to the associate helping me saying that he can see they were in a rush Saturday (implying the shop was left a mess) to which the associate helping me stated that they were in a rush yes and would clean everything up. The other associate then says to me that I'm going to have to wait about 45 minutes. The associate initially helping me then starts cleaning up the shop. 45 minutes pass and no one has looked at my vehicle so I had to make the decision to leave as I didn't have any other time to spare and had to get to work. I unfortunately wasted part of a Tuesday morning relying on Jiffy Lube to complete a fairly simple task on my vehicle because they had to clean the shop after a busy Saturday. Not customer-focused AT ALL.

Sadly, my car is slowly leaking oil and I am missing my coolant reservoir cap after my visit to this location. Bummer when you spend $70+ bucks to have a service completed and now to spend it again to fix the job.
I called the shop and was told they'd pass the message on to the manager.
The link you posted is broken. It's okay, we went to Take 5 in Barrie and they helped fix the work your shop did, no charge.

Got the works done, everything was perfect and our Honda will run even longer now!
Service was amazing. The staff here are knowledgeable and experienced.
Come here if you want 100% thorough service.
Bonus: While my family and I waited, we ate at the neighbouring Heinz Burgers restaurant (which also got a 5-Star review).

Extremely disappointed in this place. I took my car for an oil change less than a month ago. Today my car engine light came on and we soon discovered that my car had NO OIL! There is zero signs of any leaking in my car. They clearly didn't use enough oil or maybe used none? Will never return! Almost costed me my engine. Never again!

Fantastic service they went above and beyond in all aspects I went in for a simple oil change. They checked every metric on my car, clean my windshield and pumped up my tires and did it with prompt and excellent service would recommend to anyone who needs minor or major service in the area.
