Yvonne took exceptional care of us which helped make our first time there a positive and memorable one. We found them to be knowledgeable, courteous & friendly all with a professional demeanor combined with a good sense of humour....a quality sadly lacking in many other places, especially these days.

I cannot say enough great things about Jeff Walter's! We got our wedding rings there. I had an issue not once, but twice with my wedding band. Shannon understood how devastated I was about my wedding band. My husband took it in and they are going to custom re- design it. They truly want me to be happy with my ring. Shannon, Jon, you guys are the greatest! Thank you so much.

Excellent job on my wedding ring resizing, there's multiple braids and white plus yellow gold... some how it's been embiggened without using an ugly bar, the pattern is flawless post resizing 1.5 sizes from 7 to 8.5.

The staff are always so lovely at Jeff Walters, they went above and beyond to help me get my rings welded together and resized. Not only that, they remembered me from 5 years ago when my husband and I first got my rings!

Your advertisement is very much opposite of the response. I got. I was paid much less than the value of gold at the time. That's a guarantee, but having a disability and not being able to jump from place to place. And having a driver sitting outside kind enough to drive me to Town. I took the offer that you made, which I knew was below gold cost when I accepted..thats on me.No doubt.WhenIfirst walked in and told you I would like my gemstones back for the handful of rings I brought in. I was told if I wanted my gemstones you wouldn't buy my gold you didn't want the gold if I wanted my stones and diamonds back Which is very much false advertising from the ADS that you give out I was already on my way to another gold buyer. But having remembered your advertisement. SI thought I'd stop at your shop. When the deal is over just for my own experience, I took my bracelet and asked how much you would pay me the lady, there said she would give me $350. I said no, thank you. It's a 1/2 ounce of gold, she said yes, it's worth more than that, which makes me wonder why she would offer me 350 to begin with more of the price that a pawn shop would offer you rather than the jewelry store.. The gentleman there tried to pick some of my stones out because the lady was unwilling to do so.He tried And I managed to keep a couple of my gems. The man said if I wanted some of my gems. I could have to come back for them. And I said that would be fine. But after the experience I had with the offers of low-balling me. I chose not to come back. Iunfortunately, I didn't make the rent and was forced to sell my gold and collectible. But I regret coming to your store for the loss that I took in retrospect I should have taken the time to get the proper value. I managed to get 3 or 4 of my stones out of my gold that the man tried to help me with and pluck them from the gold, but they ended up scratched and unusable. I saved that gold for times of trouble and was forced to sell the gold. Unfortunately, next time I'll take my gold to somebody that's happy to give me my stones back and happy to give me the proper price of gold. You gave me $1100 forgold for the record was much higher market value than that by far But not wanting to get my driver to jump from place-to-place to get a more fair price. And Since I did not want to to sell my gold to begin with. I took the offer to make it easier on my driver.. I gave you one star review because I was unable to give you zero..
I should have went somewhere else But sometimes one has to do what they have to ..I did tell your staff when I left that at least somebody was making some money out of it Since I do love helping people in my life.That made it a little less hard on me

I came in to see Shanon with my own idea on what I wanted for a diamond ring. It was a hard decision to replace a ring I had to sell previously. I wanted to make sure of my decision moving forward, that it was the right one. Shanon was great in this process. I had a price range and design in mind. Shanon not only was able to meet my expectations but it was more outstanding in person when we picked it up. Her patience and absolute understanding in listening to my ideas and thoughts behind what I wanted shows she truly cares and not only meets expectations, however exceeds them. I wanted to note I had to cancel appointments several times to come in and pick up the ring due to family circumstances. Shanon and the Jeff Walter’s Team was understanding and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you Shanon, I love the ring! The staff at Jeff Walter’s are always welcoming and ready to help as well. We will be back.

I recently designed an engagement ring with Shanon at Jeff Walters Jewellers and I couldn't be happier with the service provided and the whole experience I had working with her. We sat down and she explained everything I needed to know before selecting the stones for my girlfriend's custom engagement ring. She made what would have been a rather intimidating process flow very smoothly. She was quick to answer emails with any questions I had and when the ring came in it looked even better than I could have imagined. If you are looking to design a ring, JWJ is the only place to go!

Needed an old engagement ring reappraised as i had lost the paperwork and my partner left. anytime i have had an experience with a jeweler in the past it was always a lengthy and confusing process. Shannon helped me get the ring reappraised in just a few hours!
She was very forward when explaining and very easy to understand what my ring was and how the process worked. left my ring at 10am had it GIA Certified by 5! Absolutley over the moon with their service. She also gave it a quick clean after explaining the grading of cut, colour, and clairity! 11/10 would reccomend
