Terrible experience with an online purchase that was defective and had to be returned. It took numerous phone calls and emails to resolve. Very time consuming. Have not been to the store so it may be fine, but do not recommend ordering online.

Great boutique! A real gem with lots of great labels. Jane was an absolute delight! I love all of my purchases especially the Charlie B black and white puffer vest. Definitely a 5 ? rating.

I just received my order of the Charlie B jacket in the spruce colour and love it! I ordered it on Thursday and received it onMonday - so fast! The fit is good, and I like that it comes to my knees because I know it will keep me warm on a cool fall walk. I can always open the side zips for more mobility, if necessary. I thank Janet for her outstanding service. She took the stress out of online shopping for me by promptly answering my questions. She gave me pertinent information that helped me decide if this coat would be appropriate for my petite height. I find that coats are especially hard to find because the sleeves are usually too long. I look forward to shopping at Janet Kemp Ladies Fashion again!

If you haven't found Janet's new address, it's located now at 150 Dunlop St E. ...Janet's store has the most unique clothing and accessories.I bought a beautiful baby blue Sweatshirt with brown leather straps and I'm overjoyed for my friend who will receive it.Also, Janet sells Vegan wallets: they are stunning and all the money is donated to Cat Paws. They are colourful, playful and classy. Do not walk to this store: RUN. You won't be disappointed.
