I started going to inDrive Automotive last year when I got fed up with the dealership service BS!
Chris is professional, engaging and runs a great shop. He takes the time to explain (in terms even I can understand):
1. What is going on with the vehicle
2. How it's suppose to work
3. What needs to be fixed.
His prices are fair and the job is done efficiently.

I’ve never been to InDrive Automotive, nor have I had my vehicle serviced there… however, Chris deserves a mention and a 5 star review!
Recently, while visiting my home town of Sudbury, I was helping a friend in Mississauga sell her car located in Innisfil, with an interested buyer coming from Hamilton. Ya, talk about a plethora of calls, texts and planning….
Long story long, her car ended up at InDrive Automotive for a pre-purchase inspection for a previous deal that fell through and Chris provided an abundance of patience and understanding for a vehicle he did not service and a quick sale followed that went flawlessly.
Few weeks later, I called up Chris to discuss a part required for my BMW 135 and the possibility of driving from Sudbury to Barrie for a service call on my next visit to the GTA!!
Again, long story long… Chris shut it down and instructed me to order my part from **** **** *********** directly and have the part shipped to Sudbury.
Just received my charge pipe a day earlier than tracking stated, with an extra 500 bucks still in my pocket!

I was on my way home and had an urgent issue with one of my tires. I stopped in at InDrive without an appointment and the staff member was extremely helpful, professional and the work was done promptly and with a fair charge. I would highly recommend this shop.

Top drawer service at a reasonable price. Clean shop and waiting area, vey thorough and easy communication. I finally found a service centre in Barrie that I trust for our VW, Benz and Hyundai. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chris and his team did a fantastic job working on my Honda prelude. They went above and beyond fixing up everything that needed to be done. The work is quality and it shows because once I got the car back it was night and day difference. Highly recommended to bring your car here for any type of repair. They also are very friendly people and explain everything thoroughly so you understand what is getting repaired and why.

Chris is a wizard.. which I truly value. What I value even more is the fact that some of the solutions he offers only seem like magic due to my lack of knowledge. Where others may use this opportunity to take advantage of my ignorance - Chris uses it as a teaching moment to make sure I understand.In-Drive also helps you plan out your service at a pace you can afford. I've never *EVER* had magical line items and mystery charges appear on my estimates or final invoices for services rendered.COMPLETE transparency from start to finish. That text estimate & invoicing system is awesome. I have full view of what services and labour are being performed. I get to authorize it all right from my phone via text.Chris & In-Drive crew can be trusted to say what they'll do and do what they say... which can be a rarity!
