Left me hanging out to dry for curbside pick up while everyone that arrived after me got served first. My order was confirmed by phone to be ready for pick up. All the staff just gave me the stare and could care less I had been waiting there longer than anyone. No one took any interest in the customer at all or even noticed. Like too bad so sad. Poor customer service.... ya ya ya.... it's covid....

I had some machine work done at their shop. They did exactly what I asked. It cost less than I expected and it was done well. The service I got was great. Friendly and easy to talk to. I’ll go back just because of the great service from everyone.

I called and made and appointment to have my Generac Standby Generator serviced. The Generac Specialist Cory Nickerson was amazing. He arrived on time. My generator had shut down and needed and oil pressure switch. After it was installed the unit was hard starting. Cory immediately diagnosed the valves needed adjusting. After the adjustments were made the unit started perfectly and is running very well to date. Cory is the one to service your Generac, Cory is very personable, explains what he is doing, and to boot has a great personality. Cory goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. KUDOS to CORY!!!!
