Paid for two mattresses Nov 28 2023. Still haven't Recieved them. They have changed delivery dates three times and now just got another email saying Feb 8th 2024. They take your money okay but when will you get what you paid for???? Frustrating dealing with them!!!

I purchased a sweater online Nov 26th for a Christmas present. Received a bottle of cologne instead... Was to told to return this item and I would receive a full refund, which I did the next day. (had to take time to take it to post office.) I called repeatedly (and was put on hold for 1/2 hour each time) 5 phone calls and 6 weeks later, still being told "the cheque is in the mail" Brutal! I have spent a lot of money at this store, but after this, I am done!

The cosmetics lady was wonderful. Very helpful and wasn't pushy. The rest of the store looked like a thrift store. Wrinkled clothes on display. No evident service clerks except at the check out.

Most recently I have had a string of very poor customer service experiences with the Hudson’s Bay. Lost items, poor customer service support from 1-800 number as well as ridiculous wait times.Yesterday I had the pleasure of having David in Rwanda take my call and let me tell you to bad the Bay cannot clone this gentleman. He made everything right and made sure I was happy with everything before getting off the phone.Thank you David
