ABSOLUTELY terrible experience, have been chasing multiple employees around for more than a month for a simple application and no one has reached out to me , I've sent out emails, phonecalls, voicemails, was told I'd hear back a from them a certain date and that date came and went , unprofessional and poorly managed branch, it seemes that if you don't walk in with a large sum to start a bank account you'll get put in the back burner ?

I have received great customer service at this branch. Thank you to Austyn and Taniya for accommodating me quickly when I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment, I truly appreciate it!

Trying to sort out a loan, numerous emails, phone calls etc. Say they'll email the info/documentation or will call you back, but haven't!So slow, customer service is terrible.

Worst branch ever. Everyone is sitting in their offices and no one can help open an account. This is unacceptable. If there was an option of 0 stars, I would be selecting that.
