We purchased a washer/dryer from Rona+ and we received the utmost in satisfaction and service. We were very pleased to receive quality machines and extended warranty at very affordable prices.
What made this purchase so special was the service we received from Nicole. She explained everything in great detail and was very patient with us. She made it her priority to ensure that we had everything we needed and that we were completely satisfied. Nicole’s knowledge of the appliances, details of the warranty, delivery and costs were unmatched. We would definitely recommend paying Nicole a visit if you’re in the market for appliances.

Bought 75m of 12/2 wire that was already cut and measured on a shelf. Got home and realized they charged me $627 for that! So I came back to return it, customer service was great but spent over 40 mins with them paging and calling managers to come to the department. But none would come, or if some did come they would say call another. Very poorly run store.

Store is a disaster. Customer service is non-existant. They throw employees on the floor with zero experience. No one is power trained to get products off top shelf. Terrible, incompetent management. Pina is Garden centre belittles coworkers. Dear God this is the most poorly managed store ever

I had an online coupon which was not working, I bought some indoor plants and wanted to uee that coupon. Then Nick helped me to cash out in the store with that discount code.
In retail stores we need more associates and managers like Nick who can help the customers. I appreciate your help Nick, stay blessed ?

Placed 2 online orders recently. All happened after recevied the ready to pick up emails. 1st one, I went there at 8:45AM, and they told me that the person for online order is not there until 9AM, and I'm in rush, have to come back again. 2nd one, I received ready to pick up email within 20mins, which is really good. But it also took me another 20mins after I walk into the store. I went to CX service, after some paper works, need go to another side of the store to get my order and go back to the exsit, and stuff at check out need to check my paper works. I mean really, I think go and shop directly would spend less time. I would not recemmend online order at this location.

I was recently in the store on the hunt for a new dish washer. Lloyd was extreme helpful and tentative. He was able to show me price and function comparisons between the different models, making the shopping trip a breeze! 10/10 recommend seeing Lloyd in the appliances department for all your kitchen appliance needs!

Gaurav did a fantastic job , I bought a washer major appliance and couldn’t have been happier. Super professional and nice gentleman. The service was A1 and I’m definitely referring my friends and acquaintances. 10/10 job !
