I recently visited this store with my wife, who uses a wheelchair, and I must say, the experience was beyond exceptional! The entire staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the wonderful photographer who went above and beyond by not only providing excellent service but also stepping outside the store to assist my wife. Her kindness and thoughtfulness made our day so much easier, and we truly appreciated the personal attention.
It's rare to find such a welcoming and helpful team, and I can’t thank them enough for their warmth and professionalism. They made us feel valued, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this place for both their services and their outstanding customer care!

My wife and I visited Henry’s in Barrie on Mon Sept 30. We needed only to print some pictures from our phone. The staff were friendly courteous and very professional, they made us feel important. The guy at head office is terrible to deal with. I recently purchased a brand new 50mm 1.4. Out of the box, it had a particle behind the glass and a lens coating issue. I took it to Henry’s, and they sent it to Canon for repair. Canon then tells me that it has impact damage, and they’re voiding the warranty. I was obviously irritated that my brand-new lens had three issues. I’m obviously going to have questions about how my lens got damaged. Henry’s, of course, says they never dropped it. Who knows what happened, but when I had questions at head office about what was repaired because Canon only mentioned impact damage and not what I sent it in for, the guy was so irritated. Why does he think I don’t have the right to this information? He had absolutely no information for me. How is this possible? I had to go to Canon directly, and they said it’s a bad idea to go through Henry’s for repairs. Luckily, Canon was able to answer my questions.
