Bought my daughter a coat today because the sign over the coat said they were on sale. Got charged full price. Told by customer service that that coat wasn't included in promo.... but it was the coat under the sign. Not other styles. Very deceptive.

Giving 1 star for today’s service… I took my time to find a few items I loved and specific sizes. Left a few hanging by the fitting room entrance while I was trying on the second round. I specifically said I am not taking this items but I will buy this ones and left them separated. When I was done, went outside and nothing was left. All my time wasted and was not able to find the items / sizes around the store. Thank youuuu for that! ?

I was there just now (October 21, 2023), and I had a terrible customer service experience. All I wanted to do was use a gift card. The cashier had no idea what to do. They asked the store manager, who told me I needed to make a call. She claimed the card hadn't been purchased from their stores and left me hanging without any help, quite indifferently. I waited to reach customer service and learned that there was no issue with the card, all that needed to be done was to try again. In the end, I realized I wasted half an hour for nothing! I can accept the cashier's incompetence, but shouldn't the store manager have more knowledge than them? Instead of just trying again, she acted disinterested and condescending towards me. It felt like they were doing me a favor, when it was their job to assist. The most unhelpful and clueless store manager I've ever encountered!

The worse retail store policy especially when it comes to returning. Once you buy you are stuck with it they don’t even pretend to try helping you .
