Funny thing is, I’ve never been into Gunns Auto BUT they have done several repairs on our daughters and granddaughter cars, (we don’t live close)
I have phoned on their behalf to see if they can do the work and a schedule appointments for them, I explained what I thinks wrong to hopefully help and explain what the girls need doing to the vehicles, (I’m a heavy equipment mechanic)
The work has been completed in a very timely manner, they keep me up to date on what’s needed, don’t replace unnecessary parts and are very willing to work with you to make the repair
Nothing but good things to say about this repair shop, they are a very professional team

Took my old 87 Vette to Gunns Auto for an engine refresh / rebuild. Jesse and his team did an outstanding job completing the work as well as a few other things that popped up along the way. Their customer service is second to none and Jesse was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His estimate was accurate and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I went to Gunn’s Auto for my front brakes and they did a first class job at a very reasonable price! But what really impressed me was how they fixed some loose moulding on the passenger side at no charge!! Was I ever surprised !!!

We just had a rear wheel bearing replaced on our 2012 Equinox at Gunn’s Auto Service. It is so refreshing to find a garage that truly provides exceptional customer service. Everything from making the appointment, to receiving a prompt diagnosis and a very reasonable quote to being advised as soon as the vehicle was ready. You know they are thorough when they also discovered a burnt out headlight. Big thank you to Jesse and his team on a job well done. We are happy to know that we no longer have to rely on the dealer that is not capable of providing this level of service or fair pricing.

Brought Jesse my dads 2007 Mazda 3 for a new/used rear sub frame. A local dealership turned the job down saying to scrap the car. The car is in fairly good shape and I didn’t want to scrap the vehicle. Called Jesse and he said absolutely he can do the job. Jesse found a good quality used one, did the job in a very timely manner and his pricing was very fair for the job. Absolutely would highly recommend Gunns Auto for any of your service needs on your vehicle. This won’t be the last time I use him! Very satisfied with the work and workmanship and the customer care.
