Would give zero stars but this place is so bad ! Went in for a trim and inquired about curtain bangs the chick chopped my hair off . Called to rectify the issue nothing will be done . I asked the employee not to touch me and she continues to try and cut me hair . Disgusting service from owner and employees . I lost 5+ inches of hair . AVOID . Very untrained employees.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. However, I feel there is only one person at this store that gives a haircut I’m happy with, even though the printout instructions indicate what I want. I don’t know when that person is working, therefore I’ll have to move on to another place.

My mom and little brother went in today at around at 3 o'clock-ish. My mom showed the lady who cut his hair this picture, they forgot her name but oh boy, look how they massacred his hair ???. The fade is absolutely horrible and the front is cut horribly uneven and the back of his head looks like a black to white gradient and looks NOTHING like the picture presented. On top of that my brother asked her not to cut his hair too short during the cut, but she insisted to continue upon my mother's request, and look how that turned out. And the cherry on top, my mother liked the haircut. When your mom likes the haircut you KNOW you're cooked beyond relief, my poor mother also paid this store $27, what a joke.
For three dollars more my mother could have went to 5 Point Barbershop in the area at 3 dollars more expensive but with a finished and great looking haircut.
The only thing I'll give to them is the absolute comic gold it was to watch my brother come back home crying and my mom understanding to never go back to a Great Clips ever again. If you're looking for a creative punishment for your child or want a good laugh I'd suggest coming here!

For context, I've been seeing the same barber for 6 years since he's basically the only one I can trust to do a good job.
However I was recommended to Shayla at Great Clips, just for a cut, and she did a fantastic job. Clean, crisp, she listened to exactly what I needed and delivered exactly what I wanted.

Booking online means nothing…. 3 times I have booked and arrived on time to the app and every time other people are jumped ahead of me in the queue! Why promote a feature which is not adhered to??? Walked out every time as not going to sit there for another 30 minutes because the employees don’t follow the process. False advertising! Recommend go elsewhere…

Cindy at this location gave me a very nice haircut. We took off about 8 inches of my hair and she was quick, polite and knowledgeable. I dye my hair at home by choice and I am usually ridiculed by stylists for this. Cindy didn’t say anything negative to me and even gave me some tips on how often to be coming in for a trim and it was reasonable. She suggested some leave in conditioner for my hair as well which was very helpful. I’d be back for a haircut again.

I recently attempted to schedule an appointment at this salon and was met with utter frustration. Despite their number being listed for appointments, they insisted they only accept walk-ins. Upon arrival, they informed me they were fully booked, leaving me baffled and disappointed. The lack of communication and organization was deeply disappointing.

Shayla is fantastic! Very personable and professional! Best haircut I have had by far in all the years going to this store!Stylist: Shayla was my stylist and she did an incredible job! I would recommend her to anyone!!
