I have just left this location without getting an oil change. I have been a customer for many years including through COVID. The service has always been outstanding. Today it was like we were swarmed. I honestly feel like the service people we spoke to were high on something ?
I would never recommend or go back!!
In response to the answer to my comment. There was both a man and a woman making demands from both sides of our car. It was not in a friendly or inviting manner and very aggressive. After reading some of your reviews I can see this is jot the first time yous has happen and will most likely not be the last. Even their co-workers looked uncomfortable ?

I'm have visited this location numerous times with no issues. The team yesterday went above and beyond. They were kind and insightful. I appreciated their transparency during my visit. They ensured I was on my way with essential information within a timely manner. Unfortunately I did not catch the name of the female technician but she was awesome. It's very nice to have that sense of comfort as a woman going to receive mechanic services in a male dominated field.

My wife came in for a simple oil change and the workers there told her it'll be the same price as the last time we went but in orillia but lied about that because when I took it in orillia it was one 181$ and also changed cab filter and got a car wash and here they charged 257 just for an oil change they said they can upsell prices because they are not part of the franchise witch is not fair because look at that up charge I could have almost got 2 oil changes in orillia these guys here take total advantage who comes in this store 257 for a oil change is just ridiculous

Absolute disgusting service.
This location took advantage at the fact that I'm a woman who doesn't have a background knowledge in vehicles.
I went to the orillia location and paid $186 for an oil change and cabin filter. Same vehicle same oil. At this barrie location for just an oil change I was told to pay $256.94. ABSOLUTLY OUTRAGEOUS. In what world can this company justify this mark up for a simple oil change. I was told because they are independently owned they can make whatever prices they want. Totally unacceptable. The girl at this location told me I paid the same price at the orillia location so I took her word for it and later found my recipt from orillia. She completely lied to me.
I will not be recommending this location at all.

Transmission fluid, yes, out of the "norm," but nothing that MR. LUBE CAN'T HANDLE.
... these jokers couldn't even locate the transmission fluid dipstick in an 09 ODYSSEY, then the clown in charge pathetically made up excuses on the spot about only having fluids for GMs in stock... lolol
Honda drivers, avoid this place!

So far I have to give them 5 stars and I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews. On my last visit, they showed me my airfilter which hadn't looked like it was ever replaced.... I used to take my 2021 Tacoma to a dealership for service. Let that sink in for a second.... Update: I took my Tacoma for service at the dealership and apparently there were bolts missing from my skid plate. I would bring my truck back if I'm in a pinch but the dealership seems to be more thorough.
