Friendly, fast, professional! Took my work truck in and they were literally done before I could finish my phone call! I’d give them 6 stars if I could. Thanks!

Very good quick service, they do a lot more than other places without charging you and they don't fish for unneeded repairs/flushes like some shops do.Prices are also very good, team is very good! My go to spot in Barrie.

My first and LAST time going here. I'm a veteran living in the Barrie area. My son and I were eating at Popeye's Chicken next door, so on the spur of the moment, I came in for a simple oil change with a coupon. If I was happy, I'd come back regularly, as I am a loyal guy.I told the owner that in addition to the oil change, I wanted all my fluid levels checked because the car was making a whining noise when I accelerate, often indicative of low transmission fluid. I specifically wanted the transmission fluid checked and topped up if necessary. He asked me the make and model of my car, and everything seemed cool (he advised that they won't top up either the brake or steering fluid -- I can't remember -- due to potential for contamination, which was fine by me).During said oil change, the air filter was removed and waved in front of my face to show that it was "dirty", then a new one was taken out of the box and waved in front of my face to show that it was "clean" (I couldn't control my laughter; my dad was a mechanic, so he would have appreciated the graceful ballet of up-sell). I informed the tech that the filter was changed a month ago and he could just shake out the dust and replace it, which he did.Near the end of the service, a grand total owing was presented to me with a payment terminal but without an invoice for me to review. Being good at math, I realized that the coupon had not been deducted. She claimed she got her cars mixed up. OK, maybe an honest error. She went back and fixed it, then re-presented the payment terminal to me. I went through the various screens and there was a TIP OPTION! Out of principle, I will never go back to a place that requests a tip yet is part of an industry that is not traditionally entitled to one (and I know a lot of people that feel the same way, though most would have been coerced into giving the tip the first time). After all that, I was still NOT going to write a bad review, because I am not petty. Also, I know that since the Scamdemic, people have become total retards, and between that and the fact that 90% of workers under the age of 40 have a feeling of entitlement and love to slack off, I felt bad for the owner. It's so hard to find good help nowadays. So I decided to let it go.However, when I got home, I reviewed the work done to the vehicle, and it said "Transmission Fluid Level ... SEALED", meaning that my car has no ATF dipstick with which to check the level. It does. It's a 2011 Lincoln MKZ. Google it. The tech just made it up because he couldn't find the stick. So, Mr. Owner, I've seen your responses to other negative reviews. You seem to have an explanation for every one of them. Will you, for the first time, admit that your tech screwed up? If you do, I will take down the review. And I won't waste your tech's time by coming in to have my transmission fluid level checked. I'll do it myself in the morning.EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNER'S REPLY:Firstly, thank you for taking responsibility for the technician missing the transmission fluid check. I agree, the black colour makes it easy to miss.Secondly, as for the "Air Filter Ballet", the very polite Russian guy from Moscow stood approx. 3 feet away from my driver's side window, and performed the ritual. On the video you can clearly see him struggling to remove the clean filter from the box BEFORE I refused to replace it. Let's agree to disagree on what "in front of my face" means and on how "dirty" a filter has to be before it requires a change.Thirdly, I agree that there was a "NO TIP" option, but it should not be there at all. I know that it can be removed. My mechanic's machine doesn't ask for tips.Fourth, no one tells me what language to use to describe a situation. Your virtue signaling, snowflake-like attempt to censor my freedom of expression has crossed a hard line of mine. Therefore, MY REVIEW STAYS UP.Finally, thanks for the offer to top up my transmission flu

Jackie and Noah were great and helped us out. We went to some other oil changers and were told that the service could not be done on our car or were quoted $200 plus for add on services. The team here did the service for us no problem and at a reasonable price. Speedy and friendly customer service :) will be coming here from now on

My daughter user their get so many changes and the next one is free plan. She was on vacation so my wife brought her car their for an oil change while my daughter was gone. Everything went well or so we thought. About a week later all was good till the filter must have loosened or may have not been tightened enough. The car was because of the su. parked in my driveway and we drove away one day and I found a big fresh oil stain in my driveway. This is not the first time this has happened from what I hear, this Situation could have been very bad as the car engine could have seized up. My wife and I have used this place before, but no longer go there anymore because of the sun-standard quality of work and will be going to talk to someone in reference to this issue.

New employee there needs training - Since last 15 years I am using this place for oil change and my winter tire swap.Last week I went to this place for just an oil change. All I need is an oil change nothing else which I clearly mentioned before even get to the bay - No idea why technician needs to get upset on that and mentioned that " it's his waste of time doing that - its just the second customer of the day and you are feeling waste of time " - Just close the door and go home. I am sorry but , this is the first time I am leaving some business with one star - just because one guy. Not visiting this place again If I see this person again. Thank you.

I went for an oil change with my vehicle as I had recently swapped engines I was asked to provide the odometer reading and I gave the odometer reading for the swapped motor and they told me that I was not allowed to give them that that I must give them the odometer reading on the car because of some excuse of reselling the car and getting in trouble by the ministry Ontario. As we all know it is a very bogus excuse and I will not be going back to this location as they seem to only want to protect themselves as opposed to providing accurate and accommodating services.Service: Oil change

I went there this morning, everyone was so professional and informative. Great job! The only criticism I have is that they opened my doors, to oil the hinges, and left oil on both my door handles and the door itself ( I have a all white car).

Staff were very friendly and pleasant, on my invoice it said wipers were checked and ok, but I knew I needed a new wiper as the plastic bit was very visibly hanging off. My air filter wasn't checked, something about after market bolts or something. Didn't even attempt to try. Over all just felt very rushed . Don't feel it was worth the $120+
