I live a few hours away and worked with Fernando to purchase my vehicle. He made the process quick and easy, and took the time to answer any of my questions. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly when I went to pick it up. From start to finish, Fernando made this an excellent experience. He even contacted me the next day, on a Sunday, to make sure everything was good. Now that's customer service!

First time visiting a BMW dealer. I assumed it would be awesome, and it was! They really know how to take care of you. We personally worked with Fernando. He was a breath for fresh air and got us I to our first BMW with no hassle and an enjoyable experience. Nothing like having a bow on your car when you pick it up as well ?

We met Fernando on a quiet Friday afternoon. Had a quick impromptu look around and made an appointment for the next day to come back and test drive a vehicle. When we came back the next day, he had the car we were looking at and another couple options we hadn't even talked about waiting.My husband and I were very impressed that Fernando had given some thought to our needs and presents options that were very well thought out.We bought the car that day, and following a great sales experience we had a seamless transition for the sale. Maria was warm and friendly, super easy to deal with.I would do it all again. Thank you Fernando and Maria. Living my new car.

It all has been started suddenly and wanted to purchase a Beemer on a weekend in the previous week. On seeing numerous reviews, I reached out to Fernando from this dealership. He actually found a car for me with all the packages I needed in below 24 hours which is the only one available around Canada. He got that car to me in exact 2 days. He is fantastically knowledgeable and punctual at work. He introduced me to the Finance manager Shelly who is another eminent professional I met here. I have rated this establishment five stars for the amazing customer service from start to finish, they truly made us feel special. Our salesman Tyson was great very professional and pleasant all the time. Attended at Georgian BMW after a six year absence as I live in a community 3 hours north. Service Manager Graig Batte not only recognized me as a client and what I was driving and used to drive to remembering my daughter law by name and her BMW type. On this day my service trip for a warranty item was seamless and my appointment wasn't confirmed (because of a glitch)! No problem said Graig and two coffee's later I was back on the road and on my way home. Truly a happy day! Sure appreciate dealing with the best of the best!

Craig Batte and his Team have again demonstrated their expertise in assessing our vehicles needs. After conversation with Craig, we proceeded with previous repair and maintenance recommendations on our 2004 Z4. As usual, Craig's Team did their usual inspections while in for Service and discovered a few other concerns that we did address. We are grateful for their attention to our vehicles needs and expect to enjoy it for years to come.

Amazing dealership to work with.I've been driving BMW's for the last 15 years and always dealt with the dealership in the city (downtown) only because it was close by.I discovered the guys at Georgian and they have been so great to work with. I've been working with Tyson and Nathan and they've changed the way I buy my BMW's.Not pretentious, understand how big a decision buying a car is and have surpassed all expectations on what it is to service a customer.
