Nothing but good to say about my experience today (Sept 21) at George Richards Barrie location. The gentleman who helped (I wish I had asked his name) was great to deal with, knew the product and was very helpful. I went in for a suit for my husband, for our daughter's wedding, 20 minutes later he was all set up with a beautiful suit.

Kerry is amazing at her job! The customer service is next level. She is so helpful, kind and knowledgeable about all the products. She really went above and beyond for us when we were shopping, really went the extra mile for us! Give this woman a raise!

Very nice stuff and very stylish. My bro is 6ft 5in and he got all his xmas gifts there and loved everyone off them. The older Gentleman is just a dream to be looked after by, he just is so focused on you. His manners are so savile row. Well done.

Went in yesterday to buy some clothes for a wedding this weekend. At around 6pm (they close at 7) - struggling to find the right outfit so I had a few iptions in the change room that I was deciding between. They asked if they could put some of the clothes away that I had decided against, I said not just yet as I am still comparing. No big deal, then 5 minutes later the other girl comes over and basically insists they be able to out away the clothes and was very rude about it. Ridiculous. I spent almost 1000$ on clothes yesterday and have spent a few thousand at this location but won't do it again. I get they were trying to close the store but no need for the attitude.I would also mention they were almost insinuating that I couldn't afford the clothes when I was checking out, by the way they were reading the prices off and gave me my total like they were expecting me to put stuff back.
