Was a great experience when the District Manager saw me at the checkout with a salad and I had forgotten the free dressing that comes with it and instead of me running back for it he actually offered to go and get it for me. I didn’t know who he was at first and thought he was a customer then found out he was the DM. That was very kind of him to do that as I think he was also just leaving the store. Thanks for the great service Farm Boy ?

Amazing quality but staff should be better trained in their departments and be able to ask how you’re doing? Do you need help finding anything? And takes a half hour sometimes at the cash. I find a high end store with such amazing quality products should have service to match.

Well that wasn't good, 2:30pm and they are already sold out of there hot food, Farm Boy do you not have staff there that can make more !!! I went out of my way to try your Halifax donair.......do better!

Best grocery store around. Always fully stocked with beautiful, fresh produce. Visit the butcher counter for some delicious meals, the bakery for one of their excellent pies and the cheese counter for some interesting and unique cheese. We go out of our way for the Asiago Bread, the cheese bagels and the burgers.

Visited Farm Boy for the first time this morning. While the store is neat, organized, and clean, there are several issues present that will keep me from returning:1) Selection. The small aisles throughout the store lack the overall product selection that every other supermarket has. Small sections with very little to offer.2) Prices. The prices here are way too high, especially in the meat department, as well as the deli and the area where the ready-made meals are located. The average person can't afford to shop here.3) Staff. Hardly saw any staff, and when I did, they were socializing at every turn.

I recently visited Farm Boy's grocery store and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. Took me a few times to really appreciate this store. As someone that manages a retail out let I can really see the effort that goes into the merchandising and customer service. The in-stock is excellent and the butcher that I talked to was amazing Keep up the good work...!!!
