I went into the Fairweather in Barrie today to exchange a coat I had ordered online. A very nice young man was there and helped me with the exchange. He was very personable and friendly, plus he helped me immensely. His name is Ahmir (not sure I am spelling this correctly) but I couldn't have asked for a better clerk. Thanks so much.

Very rude, uninviting staff! Didn't even acknowledge I was in the store. When I asked a question I got a very rude one word answer like I was interrupting cell phone time!I've been a manager in retail for 20 years and if my staff treated customers like a burden...they would no longer have a job!

Came in yesterday with my wife and the lovely lady that was working nicki was super friendly and was at our attention any time my wife had any questions/ helping us get the right sizes . She was super patient with us. If I could give this place 10 stars I would ! Thankyou
