If I could leave negative reviews I would!! I went in a bit ago and was looking around. I’m a bigger girl, and I didn’t know this place is like Brandie Mellville, only catering to smaller sized people! So I went in to see the carharrt selection for women and a younger guy came over to help. After a while he kept being pushy, and finally told me to check the MENS section. I was so offended, upset and honestly just so surprised he would even suggest something like that to me. Terrible customer service, left feeling unsafe and very upset.

I love the clothing options, and especially with no Artizia in Barrie it’s nice to have a similar store. Staff are nice, however they are pushy and I’ve noticed they’re more attentive and engaging based on how the customer looks. The prices are very expensive.

Service was absolutely horrific at this store. Was in there for 20 minutes waiting for assistance, no one in sight? Hiding in the back I suppose? Clearly a lack of management.

When my wife and I arrived at this mall we realized we forgot to bring a stroller. No problem because malls have things you can use. I paid at the terminal and found out that the cart was broken. It was positioned in a way concealing the damage. Since there is no one at this automated dispenser I went to the mall's customer service. The 2 women sitting at the desks laughed me and my wife. "That's not our problem. It's a third party company. If you want help with that then call the number on the screen. We don't deal with that". They didn't care that it has beoken loose sharp metal. Not their problem.These 2 women working at Customer Service at 4:30 Sunday May 22 2022 could benefit from a course in customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. We won't inconvenience them again.The customer service number only takes voice mails and they don't return calls.
