Was very disappointed with the customer service from the manager. I purchased a dress for a wedding. After one use the threads were coming undone and manager refused to offer any resolution in store. Definitely not my experience in other dynamite stores. Wouldn’t not recommend purchasing from this location.

Walked in one hour before close. I was the only customer in the store. The 3 employees noticed me and just stood there. I felt like I was a ghost walking around the store. Head office should take this group to the newmarket or vaughn mills location where they can learn the basics of customer service

I was disgusted when visiting this store in June. After receiving no help while looking around the store, and finding very limited sizing, I had asked one of the employees if they had a certain shirt in a size L. The employee smirked and then told me that they don’t carry “sizes like that” in that location. I immediately left the dressing room as I was furious that they did not carry anything in size large or extra large, and had the attitude that I shouldn’t be shopping there - asking for a size bigger. A very poor customer service experience. I used to love shopping at Dynamite, but will not be continuing to shop there if they stop carrying sizes. Additionally, not offering any sizes above medium is absolutely outrageous. Be more size inclusive!

Not a very helpful place to shop, the staff stood at the counter the entire time. If you wanted different sizes you had to get them yourself. I saw multiple people have to put themselves in the change room without any help. I am disappointed because I have shopped in here before and had amazing help.

We just had the worst experience in this place due to Briana's bad attention, her unwillingness to help us buy a dress. really if they choose their staff make sure they are not racist And so so polite

I used to really love Dynamite, but their collections the last few months have been really off brand. They scream much more "garage" than they do Dynamite. It used to be a great place to get business casual clothes for the working girl, and now it's all sweat pants and lounge wear.
