  Tried to fill up and my transaction was canceled twice after inserting my optimum card. My debit card was still charged for both canceled transaction and I couldn't get a receipt. Had to call my bank to dispute the charges.

  WARNING DO NOT BUY ANY PREPAID CREDIT CARDS FROM THERE YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. THEY JUST SOLD ME A SCAM $200 VANILLA PREPAID CARD AND REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. HORRIBLE BUSINESS THAT NEEDS TO BE SUED FOR ITS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES!!

  Very bad experience. One of indian guy who worked at night(2024.3.31) time very aggressive person. He doesn't have knowledge about customer care. I don't like to go again.

  The staff here are very friendly and polite. Especially the lady during the day and the young man with a turban in the evening!! They deal with a lot of stuff working at this location. Very unsafe for the employees to be alone at night, in this area there should be a minimum of two people for safety reasons. Almost every time I come to this location, there’s sketchy people outside and customers being disrespectful to the employees. Please consider the safety of your employees. Bayfield street is not a safe area anymore, especially at night.

  Just accused my friend of having a gun!!??Walked in 5 steps from the COLD with his hands in his pockets and security starts saying “you have a gun take your hands out of your pockets”. After turning his pockets inside out…he responded with “I’m just doing my job”.No apology. And lady working there totally backed him up. Again, no apology.

  Some of the employees need a lesson in hygiene, I had to wash the inside of my nose, burn my cloths to get rid of the smell. You guys gotta do somthing about that!

  stopped in around 5 today for milk and cream, there was no 2% milk on shelf but noticed lots in fridge, not filled up. went to front and we were the only ones in store so asked the worker if he could grab me a bag and he first said they had none. Then he said he cant get in the fridge and its only expired milk in there anyways. I said fine ill just get the cream and when i moved I accidentally knocked over a cardboard stand with easter eggs in it. Which then he swore in hindi about me. Very rude and not a good customer service experience. will not go back there
