Store is not 24/7. Lights are on, open sign off, door locked. I’ve gone at around 12am, 1 am and 3 am on different days. The morning and day staff have been friendly, unsure about graveyard shift, large selection of items, store doesn’t feel cramped

May 16, 9:20 a.m.zero customer service. He was not even sure how to interact or communicate with clients. Because of his employment, I don't want to write this review for him. He could be a student. However, the management needs to handle consumer representation.

It's been such a long time in Canada but never experienced such a bad customer service experience before. Mainly the Punjabi guy who state himself as a manager of that store have an ego problem with customers as well, he didn't have manner to talk + he has his own rule in the store.Really disappointed with the employee behavior.

Me and my friend both got polar pops today and we botj got rootbeer as soon as we left the store we took off the lid and both saw bugs in our drinks TOTTALY DISGUSTING

By far the worst circle k you could ever find in barrie. The staff here is very unprofessional and idiotic. They’ll refuse to serve anyone that they want. Would use derogatory words in their native language to denote others.

2023: 2/5-Slushee flavours suck...staff took forever to allow me to purchase my product...they ended up scanning my card twice as the first time the cashier screwed up (as he did with others prior to me with their debit and credit cards)...wondering if they were skimming my card the first time in hindsight...they were friendly cashiers but VERY inefficient...

Yesterday i went in there to get halls, the price there was 1.99$ , plus tax it comes to 2.25$ but the clerk charged me 2.81$ and was teaching me about taxes, i think they should keep an eye on prices!
