Worst customer service ever. The person working from Another country. Won't give me a SIMPLE product return.. unopened, receipt IN HAND..1 HOUR AFTER PURCHASE. Won't help. Won't call his boss.. very dissatisfied. Very disappointed. Making things much worse and harder. What is wrong with our country!!!!!!@@

I have taken 2 monster energy drink on September 2 at 2 Am there was a punjabi guy at night but when I taste the monster it was bitter in taste so i throwed one and i have bring another one for getting a refund or exchanging the product but the uncle who's name is ahmad he talk rudely with me and start asking me for receipt even I am a regular customer so i never ask for receipt but he was asking for a proof so i just saw him my recent transaction about that store but than also he was talking rudely likewise I am not going to exchange you additionally I work him tim Hortons so i was in the uniform so he started commenting on my uniform like it's not tim Hortons you just wake up have a coffee and it's not taste good so just come here to exchange it. That's very bad behaviour of the staff particularly AHMAD. Very upset because of this please tell them to learn some manners to talk with customer.

I don’t know why it states 24 hours service but when I went at store at 2:00 AM it was closed and has a sticker that will be back in 5 minutes.
It took them 30 minutes to open the store.

I forgot my Purchased items and he saved them behind the counter for me until I realize when I was home. I forgot them. He saved them for me and returned them great owner.

Worst service I have ever received. Usually the employees are so nice and friendly but today the gentlemen was incredibly rude. Thank goodness for other locations treating customers much better.

Super clean. Open 24 hours and has a decent selection of over the counter medication if you need anything after midnight (since all the pharmacies in town are closed). Staff member was friendly!
