So, we love this store!! Only ONE issue. The alcohol!! It's wayy over priced!! Listen, it's a one stop shop for us, but!! I can't. I love twisted ice teas. I believe they're $3.99 for a tall boy at this particular store. That's ridiculous ? we live over by coxmill and yonge so our " go to" store is actually pioneer!! The only issue is he doesn't carry the big 4L of milk.. it's a circle k thing lol I don't normally complain, if you lowered the price to $2.88 +tax obviously.. =$3.25.. NORMAL PRICE. you'd have much more sales .. especially from us. Anywho. If not, it's ok. I have spoken to the owner of pioneer and he actually listened to me and got twisted teas in ... AT $2.88+TAX All he has to do is work on the milk.

Terrible customer service from rude staff. I live in the neighborhood and will be going out of way for now on. Never shopping at this circle k ever again!

Purchased a paper bag for 25 cents to carry purchases in. Bag fell apart before I reached the exit. Clerk laughed and said bags not very good. No offer to provide another one.

Well, as I have been stopping 2 times a week. It's on my way to work and on my way home. I can shoot the breeze with the guy behind the counter about various topics and get good deals various products in the store

Day shift.. night shift… either way, there’s like one guy who knows his job there… rest of the staff seem to have rushed training. Litany of mistakes day to day and ownership takes no accountability. It’s only my opinion but a business would be run better from someone who cares and takes interest in the job.. not someone who shows up 3 days a week for 4 hours in the morning never going past the threshold of am into pm.Any form of management who just takes a job because of high pay and refuses to put forth even the slightest effort and “real” working time in the business need to be violently removed from this country.

All humans make mistakes, however, the staff at this store are just purely incompetent. Never in my life have I had repeated issues with staff at a convenience store, or any store for that matter. While the owner is nice and friendly, the staff couldn't pour water out of a boot if it was written on the heel. I say this with pure confidence after multiple failed attempts to buy anything at this store. Shame on me for being a repeat, loyal customer.Most days, it's just them failing to ring up my items correctly. Some days it's watching them rescan everything by accident trying to figure out how to place items in a bag.Last week, I purchased a lottery ticket. They handed me the retailer receipt, and an hour later remembered to print the actual ticket off, and then threw it away. I was bribed into not reporting it to OLG. A couple of days later they tried to give me my (new) tickets, and also handed me the receipts for the person before me. Huh? Today, they printed me a ticket and before I could pay, they closed the sale. So now they have a ticket laying around the store that is technically paid for in the system. THEN they printed me off a new ticket. While I have no delusions of winning the lottery, the principle of the matter is that I am owed the first ticket.This place should be a 7/11 by now.

What shot box store ...worst in Ontario no change to give you when you by stuff. Did not even have 35$ change to give .my opinion we need Canadians back running ower stores .

I really like the staff here. I won 20 bucks on a lotto Max ticket and lost it Staff found it knew it was mine and waited a week for me to come in to give it back to me :)

the one lady that works there is super racist, she was helping a gentleman infront of me and treated him like gold. when i used my status card (i am first nations/aboriginal) her attitude had changed and she became snappy with me and rolled her eyes. very unhappy circle k. hire better employees

(*EDIT* Phone number in response leads to dead end automated system. Is this a joke?)Flys come out of the polor pop dispenser. Vendor said it “has been a problem for a while now”. Would not offer any other discounts on drinks as all other drinks are over priced.
