Tammy was amazing. I have never met a cibc rep that immediately helps me and devotes 100 percent attention to making sure I'm helped in a timely fashion. Went to 2 other cibc over the past 7 days and wasted total of 3 hours in cibc branches to do what Tammy did for me in 15 minutes. Thank you Tammy very much

I am so disappointed with the customer service I have received at this branch (Bayfield st.) . After having some issues being passed around from rep to rep I was finally able to book an appointment with Conner Savage on Aug 26 . Conner was not sure how to proceed with my issue so he called Head office and received some instruction while I was in his office. He also emailed a senior person in CIBC to seek advice . This was near the end of the day so I left waiting for Conner to find the best path forward. On the following Monday I called 3 times Tuesday 2 times and again Thursday 1 time , no answer. The voice message said he was busy but would make sure to call by the end of the day ....nothing and nothing ....no word from Conner...Finally I went to the bank today to see him...He said sorry to busy.... to busy to call you ...Unbelievable to me !!!! 30 sec or 1 minute to call and let me know what's going on !!! leaves me hanging for a week I am sure he wasn't going to call me today either and a very important issue for me
After being a customer for over 20 yrs I am moving all my banking elsewhere....Is this how you are training the new staff to handle customers ???..

I am very happy left this CIBC Bank in Bayfield.. from the security to front desk and Hannah Khan who have a warmest smile to all customers.. I observed they are all very friendly and above and beyond customer service.. I hope all locations should be like that..

Worst branch in Barrie. 30 people in line, 1 teller open and then a bunch of employees walking around slowly doing nothing. Line moves faster at Wonderland on a sunny day.

30 minutes wait for a teller every time. Two tellers open large lines. You will need a good hour to see a teller.

My wife and I shared an appointment with a financial services representative here named Alexandra Mendonsa - I give her 10/10 for her product knowledge, service and demeanor. Alexandra was very pleasant to speak with and broke down the various options to choose from so that my wife and I could set something up that works best for our plans and lifestyle. Always great service , but the downside to this branch is the wait times to see al teller ... literally the longest cibc branch I have ever been to that u wait the longest to see a teller !

I had a great experience at this branch with amazing Shazia ? amazing service I had my bank account compromised and little time to get this issue resolved has I had a surgery coming and would be away. She took all the steps needed to protect me from continued fraud and managed to get me in to get a new account setup. She goes above and beyond to service the clients, I was really happy with my experience. End up having a great experience out of a terrible day.Congratulations to Shazia and CIBC

ATMs are locked off from the main areas of the bank after hours, but it doesn't even matter because the doors to the ATMs are locked so you can't access them.
