I recently visited Champs Sports to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size, but I was disappointed with the experience. Despite the shoes being in new condition, the staff refused the exchange because I didn’t have the receipt. I understand the need for policies, but what bothered me more was that the employees didn’t seem to have a clear understanding of their own return and exchange policy. I expected more from a brand like Champs Sports, especially in terms of customer service and transparency around policies. I won’t be shopping here again.

This location has awful customer service. You are better off ordering online.

I called the store at Georgian Mall tonight to see if they had a specific shoe and size for my daughter tonight and the guy said they did. I asked him to put aside and she’d be in to get it. My husband then drove her from our home 1 hr away to pick it up. When they arrived, the guy said he knew they were coming and he didn’t actually have the shoe! Obviously he didn’t even check to see if it was in stock- just assumed. Lesson learned- buy direct from the supplier and skip Champs. Customers lost.

I went to champs just this evening it wasn't very busy the first employee to help me was Anthony he was very helpful and helped me get my size quickly thank you again 10/10 customer service would definitely go again.

I hate writing bad reviews but the customer service here is just so so awful. Every single time I have gone into the store I have been ignored and the employees look annoyed as if they want us to leave. All I really need is respect because today we greeted the employees and were still ignored. Even if I wanted to get shoes from this place I wouldn't simply because of how awful the customer service is :(

I visited Georgian Mall, Barrie at Champs Sports this evening dated August 2nd, 2024. I really had a awful experience with the customer service mainly with two guys (ANTHONY and LINTON) they were reacting like racist. Moreover, Anthony was laughing on my face even doing the billing for thrice. Like what is wrong with these guys. They are suppose to do their job like helping customers to reach whatever they ask for. Now, I would like add for Linton, he was so rude like he was litterally ignoring us evening after we were raising our concern. I highly recommend everyone not to visit this store anymore. If possible, I request the lead should must read all the reviews. Since, before I started I saw all the negative reviews. If any lead can forward this to the management it would be highly appreciated.

LOL worst customer service imaginable, ESPECIALLY the front entrance, no one in the front entrance ever greets anybody (If I don't greet them, they stand there on their phones or look at you and don't say anything). However, I'm not gonna discredit the really nice employees that check in the back for you (the ones NOT in the front entrance). Anyways, the shoe selection is really nice ;).

I visited the Champs store in Georgian Mall on February 13th at noon and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful, making my shopping experience very unpleasant.From the moment I entered the store, it was evident that the staff had no interest in assisting customers. When I approached an employee for help finding a specific item, I was met with dismissive attitude and was told to "just look around" without any further assistance.

Manager at this location is a gentleman and always good with my kids. He's definitely a sneakerhead which makes shopping there and the experience so dope ! ?
