bought the chevy cruze 2017 from car central...really nice coordination and good communication specially JD Grewal one of their finance managers..helped me in a lot of ways and supported me when the car has a minor issue with it...service manager phill is also a man of his words .. over all great experience as a customer

We had a great experience at Car Central. Specifically with JD who quickly replied to an online inquiry I submitted. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle than I had originally thought I would. There was no pressure, no questionable sales tactics. He was honest and fair and it did not go unnoticed. We will absolutely be return customers. I am absolutely in love with my car and for the first time ever, did not have instant buyer regret!!

Google reviewWhy in the world would I bother to write a great review for Car Central!? Because I was treated like a human being. I never felt like I was being “handled” or “managed” during the process and that says a LOT as a women purchasing a vehicle. Yes, I brought my husband into the car deal but not once did Jesse mansplain or only speak to my husband when we were both present. There were no hidden fees, everything was straightforward and transparent.Also, every time I called or popped in, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The upbeat and charismatic individual who helped us while Jesse was away was kind and professional. His name is Zack and is the retail manager. My experience is that this company really works as a team to create a seamless experience. We briefly spoke to the gentleman who is the shop manager and he too offered us assistance and stoped for a friendly chat about our choice in vehicle (RAV4) as we were waiting for it to be moved from the garage.Neil was our driver for our car pick up at Rama Reserve and he was a real hoot and the icing on the cake for a fantastic car buying experience.Every person we spoke to at this wonderful dealership was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this place!
