We were so Fortunate to have met Sam Cichelly at the Canadian appliance source, Barrie. He walked us through the many options open to us as we searched to replace our Samsung fridge. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam Cichelly, from the Barrie CAS store. We were looking for a Samsung fridge that was not the most popular model and had a bad experience with another appliance store with lack of stock and follow-through service. I was very impressed with the competitive price and prompt responses provided by Sam to all our concerns. We are very happy with our new fridge and we will definitely recommend his expertise to friends and family.

Both my wife and I enjoyed a fantastic experience at the Canadian Appliance store in Barrie. Jason Boyer took the time explaining in detail showing us what appliances would suit our kitchen best, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us out with great savings to meet our budget. I would definitely recommend paying a visit to see Jason if you are interested in purchasing new appliances

Response to your response. You sold me a lemon. You have the $ from the sale. For information, it is a JennAir dishwasher, purchased on June 10. Salesman Jason escalated it to head office and got policy back. I want to buy a Bosch. Prepared to buy it from you. Take this one back, I pay the difference and everyone is happy. Why can’t that be done? No one can explain that to me!!
Two reviews. Sales and delivery experience would be 5 stars, as others have said. However, the wheels fall off if something doesn’t work. A dishwasher, once plugged in, is your problem to deal with the manufacturer and the warranty. No take backs. I am owner of a JennAir lemon that has yet to work (purchased June 10). Despite the fact that it never worked, they will not take it back despite Jason B’s best efforts on my behalf with their “customer care” people (curt, unfriendly, sorry for your luck types). With Jennair, it will take til the 24th for a tech, who will not have the repair part, must confirm and order, and then reschedule. By the end of August I will have a dishwasher if I am lucky. Any other big box store would just take it back and let me buy another one. I wish CAS would deal with Jennair and let me buy a Bosch!!
