Boathouse has the slowest delivery ever. I had other orders coming from america and they came way before my boathouse order and its a canada to canada shipping process. Waited 3 weeks for a pair of joggers. I would never order from them again.

Went in for a wallet , ended up buying two shirts?….didnt find a wallet, also failed to find Blackwell. Great customer service though !

Staff were helpful, we got a really cute sweater for my son and the staff were even going to help us order in a sweater if we couldn't get his size. Luckily we found one in store.

The customer service was good although I could not shop without being asked if I needed help every couple seconds. I told them I was just browsing. As I was looking for my size someone else came over and was pulling the sizes out for me and followed me for the rest of my time in the store. I was then only allowed to take 3 items into the change room, not sure if this is the policy for everyone, and when I came out half of the items I was going to buy were put back. I would appreciate if I could shop in peace and now be watched or followed.

The sweaters are 59 dollars an not worth it ... they SHRINK , GOT A LARGE WASHED AN DRY IT AN NOW ITS A SMALL ????

Pretty disappointed in the customer service here, as they would not let do a return for defective product. I purchased multiple pairs of sunglasses from here recently and was surprised when I was turned away, I told the cashier the lens on one pair keeps popping out I just want to exchange for the same pair. I understand they aren’t the highest quality products but I expected to get more than 2 weeks out of them. Will not be back in the future.

I purchased a button up shirt for my boyfriend for our vacation, he wore it once out to dinner and one of the buttons fell off and actually has a small hole where the button is supposed to be. We went back and asked if we could exchange it for a new one. The lady at the counter from the beginning was rude and acted as though we were an inconvenience to her. Her response was that the button fell off due to “wear and tear”. Due to her disinterest in helping us I asked “are you willing to help resolve the problem” and the response was “we don't take returns”. Quality compared to price sucks and your customer service is terrible.

At first I was disappointed to find that they don't actually have any BOATS in stock, nor have they ever! But, I found some sweet swim shorts and booked a vacation instead! My go to in the mall for shorts, shoes and to top it off a very friendly and helpful staff!

The manager was so helpful! I live out of town and needed a particular sweater for a birthday gift. She offered to hold it for me for a couple of days until I was able to make it into the store to purchase it.
